Senior Leadership Team
As the co-founder and President of LAM Technology, Jim Suss has an extensive background in sales and management in the telecommunications industry. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his role and is responsible for the overall leadership and direction of the company. He stays abreast of the competitive landscape, identifies opportunities for growth and expansion as well as being current on industry trends, regulations, etc.
Lesley joined the LAM Team as VP of Sales Operations in 2012. She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Team having previously held leadership roles in Sales Management and Channel Management. She has an in-depth understanding of Alternative Channels from both the Carrier and Solution Provider sides providing her with a unique 360-degree perspective. In her current role, she provides ongoing support to the Sales Team as well as implementing professional services unique to LAM such as the Billing Breakthrough and Contract Clarifier.
Beckie joined the LAM team in September 2011. She brings over 22 years of Telecom Sales, Channel experience, Account Management and Implementation experience. Beckie has held several different positions in the carrier world supporting customers ranging from residential, small business and enterprise markets. In her role as Vice President of Service Delivery, Beckie is responsible for the implementation and successful activation of services for all carriers for the customers of LAM Technology. Beckie also helps drive and implement internal process improvement.
Jeff joined the LAM team in December 2015, bringing with him over 20 years of sales & sales leadership experience in the technology sector, including the last 9 years in Texas. Having worked with customers across every segment from small business to global enterprise, Jeff’s contributions to LAM have been numerous. In his role as VP of Sales, Jeff and his team are responsible for growing overall revenue and retaining our base of existing clients. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, Jeff works very closely with the other functional leaders to ensure that LAM delivers an excellent experience to new and existing clients alike.
